Absolutely Not! You can cancel your contract anytime during the month and you won’t be charged your next payment.

Who will track performance, work hours and day-offs for my e-Employee?

A relationship manager from Expansion Desk will keep track of all the assignments completed along with work hours and report it to you on weekly basis.

What about my data privacy?

We take data security very seriously and our e-Employees sign NDAs as part of hiring process. Fortunately there has been no incident reported till date pertaining data breach.

Do I need to pay any recruitment fee to Expansion Desk for hiring e-Employees?

No! You do not need to pay any recruitment fee to us for sourcing and pre-screening your ideal e-Employee for your business.

How much time it will take for my e-Employee to get started on my tasks?

It will take a maximum of 3-5 working days for us to source and pre-screen your ideal e-Employee before we present it to you for final approval. Once an e-Employee is finalized, they start working for you the next day.

Who are your e-Employees?

Our e-Employees are college graduates and speak very fluent English. They have minimum of 5 or more years of experience in the required industry, so you need to spend less time training them.
